Refund Policy

The short version
All digital products are delivered instantly, which means refunds are limited. We do, however, want every customer to feel taken care of, so we honor refund requests in the specific situations below.
When a refund is available
- Delivery failure. If you did not receive your product or your access link does not work and we cannot resolve the delivery issue within 5 business days of you contacting us, you may request a full refund.
- Duplicate purchase. If you accidentally purchased the same product twice within 7 days, contact us and we will refund the duplicate.
- Pre-launch course refund window. For any course that has a defined start date, a refund is available up to 24 hours before the course begins.
When a refund is not available
- After you have downloaded a digital product (e-book, planner, workbook, bundle, or free resource)
- After a course has begun or after course content has been accessed
- For change of mind, schedule changes, or buyer's remorse once a digital product has been delivered
- More than 14 days after the date of purchase
How to request a refund
Email support@passionedforu.com with:
- The email address used to purchase
- Your order confirmation number
- The product or course you are requesting a refund for
- A short description of the issue
We aim to reply to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Chargebacks
Before opening a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first. Most issues are faster to resolve directly. Filing a chargeback for a product or course you have already downloaded or accessed will be disputed and may result in immediate revocation of access.
